Serano Ham with Cantaloupe Melon
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe cantaloupe melon
- 200 grams of Serano ham thinly sliced
- Toothpicks or little forks
- Fresh herbs for decoration
Putting it together:
- Cut the melon in half lengthwise and remove the seeds
- Cut each half 3 times lengthwise. Remove the rind. Cut the slices into equal
cubes about 4 to each slice.
- Cut the ham slices in half lengthwise.
- Wrap each piece of melon with a ½ slice of ham – place in pretty serving dish
and stick a toothpick in each – or at least 1 toothpick or little fork per person being
served.
- Decorate with fresh herbs.
- Keep chilled until serving
