Jumeirah Frankfurt invites you to a “Winter Wonderland” kitchen party on 2nd December 2017 in their Max on One Grillroom
Executive Chef Frank Hartung invites you to join the kitchen party to celebrate the 1st of Advent to be held in the Max on One Grillroom at the Jumeirah Frankfurt Hotel.
Based on the London “Winter Wonderland” Christmas Market held in Hyde Park, culinary highlights will be presented at “Deluxe Christmas Booths”. Together with guest chefs and vintners, Jumeirah Frankfurt will offer a selection of exquisite international dishes from 7 pm to 1 am, on 2nd December 2017.
The “Winter Wonderland” motto couples haute cuisine with a pre-Christmas touch aimed at creating a festive atmosphere to start off the approaching holiday season. Max on One’s open show kitchen offers the opportunity to experience kitchen preparations up close and to look over the shoulder of star chefs and experts while they plate their dishes.
The participation of guests chefs will let Max on One serve a variety of international dishes from countries such as Germany, America, Britain and Austria. Amongst those participating are Hans Horberth, who received a Michelin star in 1999 followed by two stars in 2012 for his “Jagdhof Glashütte” in Bad Laasphe. Also on hand is Oliver Scheiblauer, Executive Chef of his “Adventure Catering” company founded in 1997 who later further came to fame alongside Wolfgang Puck during the 76th Oscar presentation in Los Angeles and who in 2010 created one of the most innovative restaurant concepts known as the “Chef’s Table”.
The “Jumeirah Winter Wonderland Kitchen Party 2017” will offer its guests:
- An elegant Champagne reception with Christmas-themed finger food to begin the culinary evening
- Greeting of the guests by Executive Chef Frank Hartung with opening remarks and introduction of the guest chefs, vintners and partners such as Otto Gourmet
- Show cooking and presentation of the dishes at eleven “Deluxe Christmas Booths“
- Partying with live DJ, cocktails along with a raffle where you can win exciting prizes
